1. Agreement Overview

2. Service Standards

A. Compliant Terms and Conditions

Unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon by Removalist Near Me Group, your Mover Services must adhere to the following minimum conditions:

Two trained removalists must be allocated for each Move.
Each Move includes full-service loading and unloading of the removal vehicle.
All goods in transit must be adequately secured and protected with heavy blankets.

B. Insurance Requirements

At all relevant times during a Move, you must hold the following insurances:

Goods in transit insurance
Public liability insurance
Workers compensation insurance

Each insurance policy must be current, cover you and your staff and contractors in all regions where you provide Mover Services, and offer coverage that Removalist Near Me Group considers adequate in its absolute discretion.

You indemnify Removalist Near Me Group from any loss, claim, or costs (including any and all legal costs) arising from any breach of this clause.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

A. Customer Cancellations

If a customer cancels a Standard Booking within 48 hours of confirmation or at least 21 days before the Move Date, you must refund the Move Fee within 10 business days.
If a customer cancels a Short Notice Booking, the Move Fee is non-refundable.

B. Non-Refundable Fees

Other than as specifically set out in these Terms, and subject to your rights under any Non-Excludable Conditions, all fees and charges are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Liability

A. Removalist Near Me Group Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for all actions, claims, and losses incurred by us or any User arising from:

Your use of the Platform or Services
Your breach of this Agreement
Your cancellation or breach of a Removal Contract

B. Your Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

5. Termination

Removalist Near Me Group may terminate any agreement with you at its discretion upon notice. Termination does not affect any Removal Contract formed between Users.

6. Jurisdiction

Your use of our Platform and Services is governed by the law of Queensland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

7. Notices

8. General Provisions

A. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.

B. Severance

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain binding.

C. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

D. Costs

Each party will pay their own costs in relation to these Terms.

9. Interpretation

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

In these Terms:

Agreement: Refers to the agreement between Removalist Near Me Group and each Mover.
Move: The removal, freight, or transport of goods by a Mover from one address to another.
Mover Services: The provision of backload truck/rail/container space to move goods and any additional services provided by a Mover.
Non-Excludable Condition: Any implied condition, warranty, or guarantee in a contract that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Representations and Warranties

You use and act on our Site and Content at your own risk.
